Our Audiologist
Pat has worked as an audiologist in Ear, Nose and Throat Physician offices and Hospital settings. Alpine Center for Audiology and Hearing Aids strive to keep up-to-date with the technological advances by attending on-going continuing education courses. We dispense and service many brands of hearing aids and have vast training and experience with digital systems.

SERVICES Alpine Center for Hearing Services is an advanced diagnostic and treatment facility. Our center is equipped with the following technology to help in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing impairments:

Video Otoscopy
One of the most advanced diagnostic tools used by audiologists in the detection of abnormalities of the ear is the Video Otoscope. It shows you on a TV monitor exactly what is going on inside the ear canal, often times finding wax build-up or skin debris, which is one of the most common causes of hearing aid failure. It can also show us whether there is damage to the eardrum or ear canal.
Hearing Aid Evaluation/Real Ear Measurement
With our real ear measurement system, we can now measure and record the actual performance of your hearing aids while they are in your ears. This computer analysis helps us to verify that your hearing aid prescription is precisely matched to your individual requirements.
Audiological Evaluations:
Complete hearing testing for ages four to adult provided by a certified clinical audiologist. Evaluations include measures of hearing sensitivity for air and bone conducted sounds, measures of speech discrimination ability and, when necessary, assessment of the middle ear function (impedance audiometry), and special testing to determine the location of dysfunction.
Hearing Aid Sales and Service
Alpine Center for Hearing Services offers a wide variety of hearing instruments featuring the latest technology. Our staff emphasizes ongoing cleaning and maintenance after your hearing aid purchase to insure your receive optimum performance and benefit from your hearing aids. Repairs are provided on all makes and models with loaner hearing aids available when necessary.
